Bruce Springsteen will release his complete performance with The E Street Band from 1979’s No Nukes concerts at New York’s Madison Square Garden.

The best of his performances from both nights — September 21st and 22nd, 1979 — have been edited together for a full-length Springsteen concert film. This was his only performance between the Darkness on the Edge of Town and The River tours.

The film features remixed and remastered audio, and was edited from the original 16mm film by longtime Springsteen collaborator Thom Zimny.

When the film came out in 1980, it featured only three songs from Springsteen — “The River,” “Thunder Road” and “Quarter to Three.” (“Detroit Medley” was added to the three-album set.)

It will not feature any of the other performers who took part. That list included Jackson Browne, CSN, Bonnie Raitt, The Doobie Brothers, James Taylor, Poco, Tom Petty and The Hearbreakers and many others.

More details will be made available in September.
