Now That is Busy!

Peter Frampton’s touring days may well be cut short due to Inclusion Body Myositis (IBM), which causes muscle inflammation, weakness and atrophy, but he is still recording. Last September, he and his band went into the studio and cut enough songs for three more albums.  Here’s Peter Frampton on the future albums he has planned:

“It’s quite amazing. We over cut for the blues record [his recent release, All Blues], so there’s another one of those. [It] probably won’t be the next release. And then there’s an instrumental covers as well because I didn’t have to write these and I could get into the studio quickly. So we got three albums with not writing anything. And then while all this is going on I’m getting inspired. So we’re nine-tenths of the next Peter Frampton regular solo album will be finished. And that’s not even including the Christmas album, which we haven’t started yet.”
