Robert Plant says he has seen a lot of Jimmy Page lately, adding that it felt “like we were the brotherhood again.”

He made the comments in Mojo magazine while talking about the 50th anniversary of Led Zeppelin‘s self-titled fourth album.

“We recently saw a friend of ours who’s not doing so well, and it’s like we were the brotherhood again. I’m looking for more events like that.”

But, despite the good vibes, both Page and bassist John Paul Jones have no interest in listening to Plant’s new album with Alison Krauss, Raise the Roof, which will be out on November 19th.

Page says, “I don’t use the internet, so I haven’t got anything to listen on.”

And Jones adds, “I’m a bit curious, but I won’t buy it. I stream a lot of things but I don’t listen to rock n’ roll.”

Asked if there are any unreleased recordings leftover from the sessions for the fourth album and Page says, “Maybe some of the Sunset Sound mixes. I may put something in my will to say they can come out on the album’s 100th anniversary.”

And as for the that new album Page keeps promising, he says, “Let’s put it this way, as long as I’ve got a pulse there’s still a chance of another Jimmy Page solo album.”

The last album Page released was Outrider in 1988.
