Ozzy Osbourne has admitted that the real reason he’s moving back to England is because of Sharon Osbourne.
Ozzy tells Consequence that the decision came because she had to leave The Talk after defending Piers Morgan‘s comments about Meghan Markle. “When my wife got called a racist on [The Talk], she is absolutely not a racist. Her friend is Piers Morgan. She didn’t say, ‘I agree with him.’ She just respected his ability to have freedom of speech. That’s all that she said. And she got a lot of flak from that, so we actually had to have armed guards and all that…
“I’m getting a bit of flak from people. To be honest with you, if I had my way, I’d stay in America. I’m American now.”
Ozzy and Sharon’s move to the U.K. will be the subject of new BBC reality series titled Home to Roost, which will premiere next year.
