Stevie Nicks has now been immortalized by toy maker Mattel in a Barbie doll.

The real Stevie broke the news Sunday night on stage at New York’s Madison Square Garden, and then followed it up on social media.

“My Stevie Barbie has been with me now for several months. When Mattel came to me asking if I would like to have a Barbie made in the Rumours cover style I was very overwhelmed. Of course I questioned ‘Would she look like me? Would she have my spirit? Would she have my heart…’

“When I look at her, I see my 27-year old self. All the memories of walking out on a big stage in that black outfit and those gorgeous boots come rushing back. And then I see myself now in her face. What we have been through since 1975. The battles we have fought, the lessons we have learned together. I am her and she is me. She absolutely has my heart.”

Each doll is holding a tambourine with cascading ribbons and comes with a stand and Certificate of Authenticity.

Look for the Stevie Doll to hit retailers on November 10th.

Stevie also did an interview about the doll with Vulture.com.

Asked if the Stevie doll has a Ken, she says, “Well, that’s a whole story. My Barbie has a great love of her life. Me and two friends have clothes and all kinds of stuff you can get in the Barbie universe, so we ordered a specific Ken doll. He was from the early ’80s. He arrives in the Elvis Presley outfit — the white outfit. Not the black leather outfit that he wore to his first comeback Elvis concert, but when he started in Vegas. You can just close your eyes and you can picture it. It’s like a jumpsuit and it has gold cording going down from the high collar to the waist. He has dark, long hair. When I first saw it, I went, Well, this looks like Elvis Presley. But he’s mod Ken. He’s an old Ken but in really good condition. A tiny bit beat-up, but still fabulous. You’re going to think I’m so insane …”

She named him Kenelvis, adding, “They look at each other in a way that’s like they’ve been in love for centuries.”
