Mick Jagger took time out from prepping for The Rolling Stones‘ tour opener Sunday in Houston to stop by the NASA-Johnson Space Center there.

He posted photos on Instagram, saying, “Thanks NASA for being so welcoming to us and great to be shown around by astronauts Josh Cassada, Bob Hines and Jessica Meir.”

While there, Jagger got to sit in what appears to be a simulator, as well to don a pair of virtual reality goggles.

And Jagger, like he did on the last tour, has been playing tourist, posting photos of him around town.

Tour ’24 will be the Stones’ first outing since 2022 and their second following the death of drummer Charlie Watts in 2021. They are playing 19 shows through July 17th in Santa Clara, California.
