Pearl Jam kicked off their Dark Matter World Tour on Saturday in Vancouver, British Columbia, with a 25-song set that featured the live debuts of seven songs off the new album.

They played Dark Matter‘s title track, plus “React, Respond,” “Wreckage,” “Upper Hand,” “Won’t Tell,” “Something Special” and “Setting Sun” for the first time, as well as “Running” and “Scared of Fear,” which they’d previously done live. They also covered Tom Petty‘s “I Won’t Back Down,” Neil Young‘s “Rockin’ in the Free World” and “Chloe Dancer / Crown of Thorns” by Mother Love Bone, the band Stone Gossard and Jeff Ament were in prior to founding Pearl Jam.

You can watch fan-shot videos of most of the show on YouTube — including one of “Porch,” off Ten, where Mike McCready accidentally fell off the stage during his guitar solo. He seemed to recover quickly and soon was back on his feet with a little help from the road crew.

Pearl Jam will do a second Vancouver show tonight, before playing Portland, Oregon on Friday.
