With Talking Heads coming together last year to promote the remastered version of their 1984 concert film, Stop Making Sense, their fans have been hoping they would reunite for a performance or tour.
Well, something may be in the works, as drummer Chris Frantz posted a photo of the marquee of the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood from their December 1983 residency there, which resulted in the Stop Making Sense album and film, with the caption, “We shall return.”
While we remain hopeful, he could be referring to the band’s coming together at the Pantages for a Q&A and a screening of the film on June 4th.
