Bruce Springsteen is a billionaire according to Forbes.
While deemed to be a conservative estimate at $1.1 billion, the magazine points to the sale in 2021 of his catalog to Sony for $500-million, and a report last year in Pollstar that he’s sold more than 1.6 million concert tickets for another $380-million. Not to mention that he’s sold 140-million albums worldwide.
Other musicians reported to be billionaires include Paul McCartney, Bono, Herb Alpert, Taylor Swift and the late Jimmy Buffett.
