Foreigner’s lone number-one hit, “I Want to Know What Love Is,” is closing on on one-billion streams on Spotify. And the band wants their fans to help celebrate when it does cross that figure.
They’ve launched a site — IWTKWLI.com — where fans are asked to submit what love means to them. Once the track crosses a billion streams the band plans to put the best of these responses into a package celebrating the achievement.
As of Thursday morning “I Want to Know What Love Is” had to get 8.4-million streams to reach the one-billion mark.
