Bad Company, who last week were nominated for the first time for induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, are being honored with a tribute album due for release in the fall.

Can’t Get Enough: A Tribute To Bad Company is being put together by Primary Wave Music, which owns the rights to the band’s music.

The band’s singer Paul Rodgers released a statement saying, “As songwriters, Mick [Ralphs] and I are intrigued to hear how these talented and varied musicians will perform our songs. From what we have heard thus far, the creative energy is definitely flowing and there is plenty of heart and soul energy being injected into the songs, we salute and thank them all.”

Rodgers and Bad Company drummer Simon Kirke also make an appearance on the album.

Among the songs being covered are “Feel Like Makin’ Love,” “Run With the Pack,” “Shooting Star,” “Bad Company,” and from Free, the pre-Bad Co. band featuring Rodgers and Kirke, “All Right Now.”

So far only The Struts have been announced as one of the acts on the album. Their version of “Rock ‘N’ Roll Fantasy” will be released on a limited-edition seven-inch colored vinyl disc on April 12th, Record Store Day.

More details and a release date will be announced soon.

Bad Company finally received their first nomination for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame last week.
