Despite being from England, Def Leppard had a case of “March Madness” as they launched their own bracket to determine what was the “greatest Def Leppard anthem of all time.”

64 songs made up the On Through the Music Bracket Challenge and the final two contenders were “Hysteria” and “Photograph.”

The band posted the result on Instagram, with the caption reading, “After weeks of fierce match-ups, fan votes, and rock ‘n’ roll glory, one track stands tall.

“The people have spoken and Hysteria has been crowned as the winner.”

“Hysteria” was the fourth single and title track of their fourth album, released in 1987. The song was their first Top 10 hit, peaking at 10 on the Billboard Hot 100.
