Graham Nash has posted an update on his recovery from a broken patella (kneecap).
Set to The Beatles‘ “Mother Nature’s Son,” he posted a video on Instagram of him walking in the woods near Woodstock, New York, captioning it: “First tentative walk without my brace. Feels great to gain some strength back and hey, a little more confidence too. Every step is a step forward. These things, like many other good things, take time.”
Despite the injury, he toured all through July into August, doing 19 dates in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states.
The 83-year Nash will start a 20-date European and UK tour on September 23rd in Frankfurt, Germany.
