Lamb of God will release their tenth studio album, Into Oblivion, on March 13 – marking the band’s first full-length release in four years. The 10-song collection is the follow-up to the band’s 2022 album Omens.

Vocalist Randy Blythe shared why the band decided to name the album Into Oblivion: “Because that’s where we’re heading. In general, the album is about the ongoing and rapid breakdown of the social contract, particularly here in America. Things are acceptable now that would’ve horrified people just 20 years ago.”

Guitarist Mark Morton shares: “For me, the album is about having the space to breathe creatively and not feeling like we have to keep up with any trend or expectation. It feels nice to be untethered from any agenda beyond rallying around the notion of, ‘Let’s just make music that we think is cool,’ which is really where it all started.”

The metal veterans previously released a pair of singles to preview the new project — “Sepsis,” the band’s first new song since 2022; and “Parasocial Christ”.

Along with the album announcement, Lamb of God also released the video for the title track, directed by Tom Flynn and Mike Watts.  Check it out – HERE.

Album pre-orders, including multiple limited-edition vinyl variants and signed copies, are available now at the band’s website HERE.
