Ann Wilson will release her third album, Fierce Bliss, on April 29th.

She says, “I had originally intended to go into any old studio, record a few songs and see what I had, but Fierce Bliss quickly took on a life of It’s own. We went into the famous Muscle Shoals FAME studio and all of a sudden, where there was no record before, I magically had 11 cool songs that I really liked.”

Leading the 11 tracks is the first single, “Greed.” Ann says, “‘Greed’ is that thing in our animal nature that makes us want more and more,. Whether it be money, sex, power or ecstasy, it fires our craving and it happens with all of us…

“I think people who claim to have made every decision from a base of pure, healthy idealism, who claim to have never done anything dark or selfish, are lying…

“‘Greed’ is an aggressive song and I think I write well when I’m angry. When I write, that may just be my greediest time. LOL.”
