Pearl Jam are returning to the road for a late summer tour.

The group will play nine shows in five cities starting August 31st in St, Paul, Minnesota and wrapping up September 19th in Austin, Texas. Inhaler will open the shows in Chicago, Indianapolis and Austin, with supoort for the other shows to be announced soon.

And as a nod to the various controversies about dynamic ticket pricing through Ticketmaster over the past year, Pearl Jam have decided “to make tickets non-transferable where permitted, and by selling approximately 10% of tickets through PJ Premium at the market rate to offset increased costs. Tickets on this tour will continue to be non-transferable in all states except Illinois, where it is prohibited by law.”

They’re also using “all-in pricing” for the first time, which means “the ticket price you see listed is the full out-of-pocket price inclusive of fees so there are no surprises at check out.” Ticketmaster Verified Fan registration is open through Tuesday. Tickets will go on sale Friday, April 28th.
