Metallica will be on the road in North America later this summer — and so will a couple of their kids.
Bastardane, which features James Hetfield‘s song Castor Hetfield on drums, and Ottto, which features Robert Trujillo‘s son Tye Trujillo on bass, are teaming up for the The Reconquest Tour. The 24-date trek starts August 2nd in New York City and wraps up September 6th in Los Angeles. Tickets go on sale Friday.
The only Metallica kids band not on the road this summer is Taipei Houston, which features Lars Ulrich‘s sons Myles and Layne Ulrich.
As for Metallica, their North American tour starts August 2nd in Foxborough.
