
A new expanded version of Eric Clapton‘s 1992 MTV Unplugged performance is headed to theaters.
Eric Clapton Unplugged … Over 30 Years Later will be shown in theaters on January 27th and 28th and then debut on Paramount+ on February 12th.
The concert has been remixed in Dolby Atmos, remastered and extended with discussions on specific songs plus bonus performances that Clapton did before the audience was let into Bray Studios in Windsor, England in January 1992.

Unplugged was released as an album in August 1992 and powered by the hit remake of “Layla” it went on to sell 10- million copies and brought Clapton six Grammys, including Album of the Year.
