Now you can get your kids into AC/DC with a children’s book.
The AC/DC AB/CD High-Voltage Alphabet is aimed at pre-schoolers and is the fourth release in a series of picture books released by Australian publisher Love Police.
Love Police’s Brian “BT” Taranto says, “What an honor it is to work on this book, and to have had a connection to Angus [Young] for the real-deal stuff makes it even more wild and special. Yeah, it’s a kids book, but any AC/DC or music fan will find something on every page… We are looking forward to educating another generation of rock and rollers.”
Angus got the ball rolling during the pandemic when he discovered another of Love Police’s books, M Is for Metal.
As a nod to the band’s co-founder, “‘A’ is for Angus, who thinks it’s good luck to wear a school uniform and walk like a duck.” And “’C’ is for Cliff [Williams], who plays on the bass, likes only 4 notes and has a nice face.”
The AC/DC AB/CD High-Voltage Alphabet will be out on November 11th.
